The fastest way to reach us is email — [email protected]. We aim to respond within 1 business day. Include your gym name and the email address on your account so we can find your records quickly.

I can't sign in

ProbablyRolling uses a magic-link login. Enter your email on the sign-in screen and we'll send a one-tap link. If the link doesn't arrive within a minute, check spam — magic-link emails come from a no-reply Supabase address and occasionally land there. If you tap the link and it doesn't open the app, make sure you have the latest version installed (App Store → Updates) and that you're tapping the link from Mail, Messages, or Notes — Safari-to-Safari redirects bypass iOS Universal Links by design. Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the email you're trying to sign in with and we'll look it up.

Push notifications aren't arriving

Push runs through Apple's APNs, so the first thing to check is iOS Settings → ProbablyRolling → Notifications: Allow Notifications must be on. Inside the app, open Settings → Notifications. The master toggle and each per-category toggle must be on. The toggles are disabled (greyed out) when iOS-level permission is off — that's the signal to flip iOS Settings first. If everything looks right and you're still not getting pushes, try signing out and back in — registration tokens occasionally need a refresh. If that doesn't fix it, email us with your device model and the date you noticed pushes stopping.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from within the app — no email required. In the app: open Settings (the gear icon, top-right of the home screen) → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account → confirm. What gets deleted: your profile, attendance history, achievements, streak data, push device tokens, and notification preferences. Anything tied to your account is removed from our database. To rejoin afterwards, you'd need a fresh invite from your gym admin — we don't retain a hidden copy. If you can't access the app (e.g. you've lost your phone), email [email protected] from the email address on the account. We'll verify identity and process the deletion manually within 30 days.

Data export and access requests

You have the right to request a copy of everything we hold on your account. Email [email protected] with the subject "Data export request" and the email address on your account. We'll send you a structured export — typically JSON or CSV — within 30 days, as required by GDPR Article 15.

Reporting bugs or suggesting features

Found something broken or have an idea? Email [email protected] with as much detail as you can: • What you were trying to do • What happened instead • Your device + iOS version (Settings → General → About) • A screenshot if possible We read every message and reply personally.

For gym owners and admins

If you run a gym and want to use ProbablyRolling at your studio, email [email protected]. We're onboarding gyms gradually — there's a short waiting list. Tell us a bit about your gym (location, size, mat schedule) and we'll get back to you with timing.
